resell, sublicense or transfer the software or access to it
redistribute signals, outputs or derived data publicly or privately
use Pulse Mini as part of a SaaS, signal service, copy-trading service or commercial offering
reverse engineer, decompile, modify or attempt to access the internal logic of the software
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Pulse.
Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license.
3. Privacy & Data Usage
Pulse does not directly collect personal data from users.
Pulse does not perform profiling, behavioral tracking or data resale.
Limited technical data (such as IP address or access logs) may be processed by third-party services used to operate this website or related documentation platforms. Such data is handled according to the respective third-party privacy policies.
